How to report a data issue while using Insights.
1.0 Introduction
Insights reports offer the ability to report a data issue so that Urban SDK can investigate and implement systemic solutions for you and all customers.
2.0 How to Report a Data Issue
There are two ways to report a data issue while you have an Insights report loaded.
Option 1 - Via Report Options Button
Step 1 - Click the 3-dotted Report Options Button above the data layers.
Step 2 - Select "Report Data Issue" in the dropdown menu
Step 3 - Fill out feedback form and submit
