Set how often the workflow should run and who should be notified, as well as set the criteria to be applied to Urban SDK data to generate insights through the workflow.
This is where workflows can be customized and tailored to align with the thresholds and metrics established by relevant policies.
Instructions:
- Choose a Frequency on which to receive reports on segments which meet the metrics and thresholds that constitute the workflow:
- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
- Choose a Start Date and a number of repeats for the workflow, as well as which days of the week to receive workflow data for
- Select which individuals should act as notification Recipients from a list of users, and select how those users should receive Notifications
- Email, In-App, or Both
- Set one or more Rules to define the thresholds and metrics of the workflow. These will be applied to Urban SDK data by the workflow:
- Any Urban SDK data matric can be applied as a criteria, including all metrics related to Traffic Speed, Traffic Delay, Traffic Volume, Traffic Safety, Road Network, and more
- Select a metric, an operator, and thresholds (such as minimum and maximum). The available operators are:
- Between
- Equal To
- Not Equal To
- Greater Than
- Less Than
- Greater Than or Equal To
- Less Than or Equal To
- In
- Not In
- Multiple criteria (using an AND operator between those criteria) can be set by clicking Add New Rule Group
- Click Update Workflow, and then finally Save
Outcome: The workflow is saved and moves to a status of Provisioning under the list of Workflows, and then finally Active once it is ready.
