Organization Settings

How to update your organization settings with name, address, and phone number

1.0 Introduction

Organization settings enable customers with 'Admin' access edit Organization Name, Address and Phone Number.


2.0 Accessing Organization Settings

The Organization Settings can be accessed in two ways:

  1. Top Navigation: via the top navigation bar by clicking the account icon and selecting the 'Organization' tab at the top of the settings page , then opening the 'Organization Settings' option.
  2. Workspace Settings: can be accessed from the Workspace page by clicking the settings option on the left navigation panel and selecting the 'Organization' tab at the top of the settings page , then opening the 'Organization Setting' option.

3.0 Editing Organization Settings

Admin users can change the Organization account information. To update your Organization Settings:

  1. Open Settings from the left menu.

  2. Select the Organization tab from the Settings menu.

  3. Open the "Organization Settings" container.

  4. Complete the form.

  5. Save Changes.
