How to update your personal account information
1.0 Introduction
The Account Settings enable users to edit their first and last name.
NOTE: If you would like to change your account email, you may contact customer support via email at help@urbansdk.com to have your email changed.
2.0 Accessing Account Settings
The Account Settings can be accessed in two ways:
- Top Navigation: via the top navigation bar by clicking the account icon
and opening the 'Account Settings' options. - Workspace Settings: can be accessed from the Workspace page by clicking the settings option on the left navigation panel
and opening the 'Account Settings' options.
3.0 Edit Account Settings
You will have the option to update your First name and Last name. Once completed click the 'Save Changes' button.
