TIReS enables users to share reports by Publishing to your Portal. Publishing a report is an easy way to share performance measures and data for an entire District, County or specific Route.

How to Publish a Report

Publishing a report is as simple as turning it on or off with a switch. You can publish and unpublish reports as frequently as you need. All published reports will have a unique link, embed code to add to any website and are also available in your District's Public Portal.

Publish a Report from Report Options

You can easily publish a report from within the Report itself. To publish a report while viewing it:

1. Open any Report
2. Select Options
3. Select Publish Report
4. Turn on Publish Report switch. (Will display blue when on)
5. Copy Link  or Embed Code to share

Publish a Report from Workspace

You can also publish a report from within the Workspace. To publish a report while viewing Workspace:

1. Select the Options Icon (three dots) on the Report card
2. Select Publish & Share
3. Turn on Publish Report

Select Options, select Publish & Share

Turn Publish On. Copy Link or Embed Code to share report publicly
