How to publish and share an Insights Report to be viewed publicly.
1.0 Introduction
Insights reports have the ability to be published and shared with others via public link.
2.0 Publishing Insights Reports
The following steps explain how to publish an Insights Report, and generate a shareable public link or website Embed Code:
Step 1 - Select Publish Report
While reviewing an Insights report, click the three dotted options menu at the top left of an Insights Report and choose Publish Report.
Step 2 - Toggle Publish Report & Copy Links
To make a report public, click the Publish Report toggle to change it from red to blue. Upon publishing the report, a Public Link and Embed Code will be generated. To copy either one, hover over the blue icon to the right of each link and click.
NOTE: When a report is published an indicator will be added to indicate so in Workspace.
Step 3 - Unpublish Report (Optional)
To unpublish a report, click the Publish Report toggle. Once off, the public link and embed code will disappear to indicate the report is no longer published.
